    The number of treatments depends on the condition being treated, the area being treated, and individual factors. 6-12 treatments are generally required at 4-8 week intervals.

    The treatments are generally very comfortable. You will feel a gentle and warm sensation as your skin is drawn into the treatment tip. A gentle, warm light energy will be applied to the treatment area. Then, you will feel your skin being released back into normal position. Patients describe the sensation as being like ?a warm massage.?

  • Will the ClearWaves staff shave the area prior to treatment?

    You should shave the area (or, have someone shave the area for you) one day before your treatment. If the area is not shaved when you come in for your treatment, we will shave the area for an additional cost of $50.
