Follow-up Visit (no treatment):                                                no charge

The purpose of the follow-up visits is to make sure our clients are doing well… having no problems or concerns…and are happy with the results from the treatments. To optimize our clients’ results, Dr. Chavez needs to know immediately if there are any problems or concerns. Our clients can call or email anytime… or schedule appointments to meet with Dr. Chavez, at no charge.

Nine Treatment Discount (available for all of our services, but cannot be used with CareCredit Financing): If you purchase a nine treatment package of treatments, you will receive 20% off the regular price. If you purchase nine treatments and do not use all of the treatments, you may apply the credit toward future/maintenance treatments, any other treatment or product we offer, or you may transfer the credit to a family member or friend. The balance does not expire.

Acne Treatment

PhotoPneumatic Therapy (PPX/Isolaz) or Smoothbeam Laser:

Limited (very small areas):                                                $145 per treatment

Partial (small areas):                                                         $240 per treatment

Full (full face/equivalent area):                                         $390 per treatment

Large (partial back/chest):                                               $540 per treatment

Complete (full back):                                                        $690 per treatment

PhotoDynamic Therapy (PDT):

Full (no partial treatments available):                              $390 per treatment

Acne Scar Treatment

ProFractional/Micro Laser Peel Treatments:

·         Full face (or equivalent area)             $1990/tx (includes skin rejuvenation kit)

·         Partial (1/2 face or less)                      $1490/tx (includes skin rejuvenation kit)

·         Small (small areas)                              $ 990/tx (includes skin rejuvenation kit)

·         Limited (very small areas)                   $ 690/tx (includes skin rejuvenation kit)

·         Isolated (isolated lesions)                    $ 390/tx (no kit included)

Minor surgical procedures for acne scars:

·         Subcision                                             $145/1st lesion, then $95/per lesion

·         Punches                                               $145/1st lesion, then $95/per lesion

·         TCA cross                                             $145/1st lesion, then $95/per lesion

Fillers (for scars/skin defects):

·         Restylane/Perlane                                $590/1cc syringe, $290/0.4cc syringe

·         Juvederm Ultra/Ultra Plus                    $590/syringe (0.8cc)

Laser Tattoo Removal

The price starts at approximately $25-30 per square inch, per treatment, with a minimum of $145 per treatment.

Laser Lipo/Power-Assisted Liposuction

The cost depends on the size of the area being treated, and a firm quote cannot be given until we evaluate the areas during the initial consultation (no charge.) However, as a general guideline, the prices are as follows (for combined power-assisted liposuction and laser lipolysis):

1st treatment area (in one treatment visit):   $3450

2nd treatment area (in one treatment visit): $2950

3rd treatment area (in one treatment visit):  $2450

4th treatment area (in one treatment visit):  $1950


At times, clients who have a treatment may want additional treatments done on the same area in the future (a "touch up"). This is generally done approximately six months following the initial treatment. The price for this is 50% of the original treatment cost.

Hair Removal/Reduction

The cost depends on the size of the area being treated.

Veins

The cost depends on the size of the area being treated, the number of veins, and the treatment needed. The general range is $390-995 per leg.
